COLEMAN M. GREENBERG - QUALIFICATIONS

Resident in Sedona, Arizona and a practicing professional property inspector, environmental site assessor and real estate consultant, Coleman Greenberg was licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Nebraska in 1960 and again in New York in 1969. He is Certified Member 373 of ASHI® (the American Society of Home Inspectors) and Arizona Certified Home Inspector 38576 and has personally inspected or appraised many more than 10,000 properties and reviewed thousands of others' inspection and appraisal reports. Greenberg also holds Arizona Casualty and Property Insurance Producer License 146165. He has been Hearing Officer for the Coconino County Board of Equalization since 1993. Greenberg was qualified as an Arizona Certified Residential Appraiser and practiced as an appraiser in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut for more than 15 years before moving to Arizona in 1992.

Coleman Greenberg was President of the American Society of Home Inspectors® (ASHI®) in 1993. He served ASHI's® Metro-New York and Arizona chapters as president for two years, each. He is a lifetime member of the ASHI Board of Directors, ex-officio.

From 1977 to 1992, Coleman Greenberg was CEO and president of DomNet, Inc. and it predecessor, Domus Inspection and Appraisal Service, Inc., with private and relocation service operations in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. DomNet inspectors and appraisers produced and delivered almost 30,000 inspection and appraisal reports between 1980 and 1990, making DomNet one of the largest real estate service companies in America. Owner and Principal Broker of a full-service real estate office in Westchester County New York from 1971 to 1976, Greenberg managed 13 sales associates, designed and managed the construction of custom homes, reviewed buyer qualifications and loan applications and rendered price opinions on 100's of properties.

As executive vice-president of KFC of Manhattan and Westchester, Inc. in 1969 and 1970, Coleman Greenberg was responsible for property acquisition, design coordination, municipal approvals, construction management and operations of Kentucky Fried Chicken stores for the franchisee. Owner's Representative and Project Manager during the construction of a 54 unit semi-luxury apartment complex in Oklahoma City in 1967 and 1968, Greenberg was accountable for final design, financing, valuation of work-in-place for interim payments and all construction scheduling and management. Construction Manager and Regional Manager for a national home manufacturer from 1964 to 1966, He reviewed each transaction, estimated land values and construction costs and reviewed every file prior to submission of loan applications. He was personally responsible for the construction of over 700 homes on scattered sites in nine Great Plains states and New York state.

Owner and Principal Broker of a residential and commercial property management operation in Omaha, Coleman Greenberg managed 145 rental properties between 1960 to 1964. In the same period, he founded Omaha ServiCenter, Inc., a general contractor specializing in maintenance of income property.

Coleman Greenberg was vice-president of the CPY chapter of the Westchester County New York Board of Realtors® and vice-president of the Yorktown Heights, New York Chamber of Commerce. He served on the Yorktown Citizens Advisory Committee on Community Development, was a vice-president of Freedom Gardens for the Handicapped, Inc. and a Board Member of New York Youth at Risk. Greenberg was named Realtor Affiliate of the Year in 1995 by the Sedona Verde Valley Association of Realtors®. He is Immediate Past-president of Keep Sedona Beautiful and a member of the Board of Directors of The Sedona Academy. He participated in Sedona Forums IX - XV and the 1999 and 2002 Verde Valley Forums.

Coleman Greenberg studied Engineering, Marketing, and Finance at the University of Oklahoma. He has led and participated in conferences, courses and seminars produced by the National Association of Realtors©, the American Society of Home Inspectors®, the Appraisal Institute, the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, the Employee Relocation Council, the Master Prep School of Phoenix and several universities. He has been a faculty member of the Best School in Sedona, Arizona and of Phoenix College in Phoenix, Arizona.
